Why is Rod BLAGOJEVICH waiting to reveal the evidence he has on Braq Obama, wouldnt it save the US Trillion$?
Blagojevich keeps saying he will reveal the truth about Obama at trial; but in the meantime Obama is squandering Trillions.
Wouldnt it be better if we held Obamas feet to the fire and made him Stop Spending.
Answer: I read that every man woman & child is now in debt to the govt $30K. We could have paid off all the mortgages for $9 trillion. Unbelievable. I hope Rod gets his own show after this. How bout "Let's Make a Deal!" Just don't call him a celebrity. He prefers to be confused with Teddy Roosevelt. Well I say at least he's a Chicago deep-dish style crook with penache. On What legal basis can the BLAGOJEVICH appointed Senator from Illinois be ultimately denied his senate seat?
Blagojevich is the current sitting Governor of Illinois and has not even been offcially indicted of anything yet. He clearly has the power and duty to appoint to fill the vacant senate seat and would in fact be derelict of his duties by not doing so. The people of Illinois are also better served by having a Senator working for them now as opposed to 3, 4, or 6 months from now.
So if this case goes to a judge when Roland Burris sues to get seated, will he win and get seated, or will he be lose that case? why?
Answer: The US Supreme Court has held previously, that the Congress has to follow the Constitution. If he qualifies he will get seated. They just will give him rotten sub committee assignments. They will treat him horribly.
He will get seated.

What do you think about BLAGOJEVICH bringing his kids to closing arguments this week?
Is this an attempt to make the jury feel sympathy for him since he is a father? Will it work?
Or was this Blagojevichs way for his daughters to actually see the charges laid out against him and the evidence for them....and by bringing them he was kind of acknowledging his guilt silently with them and wanted them to get some closure to know what he did? Kind of an honest fatherly thing to do so his daughters would know why he is going to go to jail.
Answer: Just another stupid move on his part. Trying to sway the jury with sad puppy dog face daddy and little girls. Only thing is, he's going down and his kids will get to see their old man hauled off in cuffs by the cops.

Within 24 hours of threatening to remove State funds from Bank of America, Blagojevich was arrested without indictment. Months later he was indicted. Bank of America walks away with billions of dollars. Dont screw with the IRS or Bank of America.
Answer: His threat is called extortion and is a crime. Moreover, since the bulk of the indictment deals with trying to sell the Senate seat, I find it hard to believe they had information to indict him for 2 years. The Senate seat only opened a month before his arrest.

I thought it was kind of strange that Illinois Gov. Blagojevich had allegations brought up against him the day after trying to help some laid off workers gain some relief funding from a bank.
