Payments to Albuquerque Officers Are Called a Bounty System
ALBUQUERQUE -- Mike Gomez has been angry with the police officer here who shot and killed his 22-year-old son, Alan, last year, after officers responded to a report that the young man was acting erratically and firing a rifle. But Mr. Gomez became even angrier just days ago after he learned that the officer, Sean Wallace, received a $500 payment - Families of people killed in recent Albuquerque police-involved shootings express outrage at a police union program that pays as much as $500 to officers involved in shootings; controversy surrounding payments sheds light on a little-known practice that police unions in at least several other cities have engaged in for years. THE CARPETBAGGER; Long Career But Still Learning
Christopher Plummer is not the wild drinker he was in the bacchanals of the 1960s. My present wife of now 42 years, she told me when we were first going out together, way back in the past, that I wasnt as attractive or as funny as I thought I was when I was drunk, Mr. Plummer said. She said, Let me tell you, youre a very unpleasant, lousy - Christopher Plummer is still in demand with plenty of acting work after a six-decade stage and film career; stars as the patriarch of the no-good-very bad Vanger family in David Finchers Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. Who is the Biggest high pick draft Bust considering who was passed up that year?
A. Michael Olowokandi LAC 1998
Passed up
Vince Carter, Antawn Jamison, Dirk Nowitzki, Paul Pierce, Mike Bibby, and Rashard Lewis.
B. Kwame Brown Was 2001
Passed up
Tyson Chandler, Pau Gasol, Jason Richardson, Shane Battier, Gerald Wallace, Tony Parker, Arenas
Imagine if Mj drafted Gasol and had him to play with when he came back in 01. Gasol won Rookie of the year and played excellent. He also had Richard Hamilton, then Stackhouse
C. Darko Miličić Det 2003
Passed up
Melo, Bosh, Wade, Hinrich, West,
I would have to go with Kwame. Darko was international and a very high prospect that not many people knew about. Everyone had time to look over Kwame. MJ hyped him to death and no one ever noticed before the draft that he couldnt even palm the ball? Kwame was never good and Darko atleast went #2. If he went over King Crab then he would be the worst bust ever.
Michael Olowokandi had a few good years in his career. He has had a bad career due to injuries not because of lack of talent like Kwame. In college Michael Olowokandi was a great player. He just suffer the fate such as Brand, Tmac, VC, Gilbert ect have all suffered. He is injury prone ebut he had talent on daft day and always did. kwame never had any talent and the wizard should be pissed at MJ for convincing them to draft him If MJ couldnt tell the kid couldnt even palm the ball as a C he needs a lot of help. If kwame went to college he would have never made the first round. Is kwame related to MJ or what did he do for Mj to make sure he got paid like that on draft day?
Answer: id go with darko coz the guys that was drafted after him are just playing great ball and are the future stars of the nba if not current stars already: )
haha again with the king crab!

Where are all those Liberals who called for the down fall of FOX News and its Empire?
FOX News is rational, fair and balanced. FOX News is the voice of MIddle America, Conservative America. CNN will never beat FOX News. Sean Hannity, Mike Huckabee, Bill OReilly, Geraldo Rivera, Greta Van Susteren, Chris Wallace, get it. CNN does not. America is a Conservative, Anti-Abortion, Pro-Death Penalty, Anti-Gay Marriage, Republican Nation.
Answer: The lame, main, stream media are suffering from low audience rating. bc fox news gives the straight stories backed up with actual videos of the liberals and their lies from their own mouths.
The liberals in America can not say too much lest they reveal each and every one of their racist to the core inner selves. They cover it up with foul lies and rants and accusations of the conservatives that makes them look exactly like the Lucifer devil they carry inside their heart.
The American liberal all believe they are superior to the blacks. Their belief is reinforced by their policy of welfare handouts that the blacks happily accept. Thus proving the liberals belief is correct to themselves. The liberals 'know' that the blacks can not and will never be able to take care of themselves or their families, if they can ever find them. And can only survive by welfare(or crime).
The few blacks that can or will work are a source of continual amazement to the liberals. The liberal will deny to their grave that what I say is NOT TRUE. I grew up with them, and I know of what I speak.
The conservatives, on the other hand, know in their heart of hearts that the blacks can and will take care of themselves and their families if they were not being ruined by the liberal policies of welfare which has ruined the blacks in ALL the major cities in America. Starting with FDR in the 30's.

Mormons is it true your temple underwear protect from bullets and fire?
Mormons believe that the holy garment will protect them from fire, bullets, knives and other assaults if the person wearing the garments have kept all of their "temple covenants". During the washing and anointing ceremony the Mormon is told the garment "represents the garment given to Adam when he was found naked in the garden of Eden." The person is told that the garment "will be a shield and a protection to you against the power of the destroyer until you have finished your work here on earth." In general, Mormons view the garment as a symbolic and spiritual shield against the powers of Satan. Some LDS believe that the garment provides them with "supernatural powers" of physical protection. Bill Marriott, prominent Mormon and owner of Marriott Hotels International stated in an interview with Mike Wallace of 60 Minutes that he believed his garments protected him from being burned during a boating accident.
Shame it didnt protect Joseph smith from bullet wounds and falling death
Answer: Thou shalt not bear false witness.
You're assertion against THE Church Of JESUS CHRIST Of Latter Day Saints is false.
Garments are a reminder of Jesus Christ, and of Jesus Christ's holy and righteous commandments, and a reminder that we are children of God, and that we should live up to the holy and righteous paternity that we have.
Many different religions have religious clothing. To mock that clothing is to mock God, and by so doing it is to serve the Devil.
Jesus Christ never once advocated that His followers should mock others. Fools mock, but they shall mourn.
The power of God is an amazing thing, and God protects those who He will when He will. Some who are evil gloated when John The Baptist was beheaded, and when Jesus Christ was Crucified, and when the Disciples of Jesus Christ were martyred.
But they will receive their reward in the next life from the Devil for mocking the very Prophets that tried to do everything they could to save them. And that reward is a Lake of Fire and Brimstone, unless they repent in full sincerity.
Generally speaking gloating over the death of someone who was a Prophet is a signal that that person is a child of hell, and is a Son Of Perdition, a veritable Judas who masquerades as a son of man.

God bless.

Answer: I'm skeptical, but I will keep an open mind.
What are some sources of your information? The only person on the list I ever heard of was Vince Foster. How do I know all these other people had any relationship to Clinton or if they even existed?
I have had an uncle, a cousin, a brother in law, two friends and two co-workers all commit suicide. Another uncle and my wife's cousin both died under mysterious circumstances. Four school mates and another cousin died in auto accidents, and my brother's girl friend was murdered back in the 1970s. My sister in law's parents died in an airplane crash. The guy who helped me move had one brother murdered and another who died in an accident. An ex-girlfriend of mine had her husband murdered and her son died in a car wreck. Does that mean I had them all killed?

What are the Rules of Engagement--Brainwashed Seals?
I realize that Alan Stang, one of Mike Wallace’s original writers at Channel 13 in New York, where he wrote some of the scripts that sent Mike to CBS, is a controversial author. Some of you may not read past the byline for this reason. I wish that you would, because what he has to say here makes a great deal sense. Ive always found him to be spot-on; you may not agree with his opinion of the facts, but I think youll agree that he does state the facts.
Ill be editing to add the complete article due to word/character limit.
Alan Stang
April 30, 2008
Recently, we looked at the Rules of Engagement under which our military must labor. We saw that those rules are a prescription for defeat; that they are the main reason we have failed to win a war since World War II, and that el presidente Jorge W. Boosh administers them today. We saw that Señor Boosh could replace them whenever he likes with a prescription for victory, but of course he does not, because victory is the last thing he wants.
One of the examples we looked at was Operation Redwing, in which Boosh’s Rules of Engagement led directly to the deaths of nineteen of our men, three members of a four-man Navy SEAL team and the sixteen men who choppered in to rescue them. Today, let’s take a closer look.
A closer look would be supremely important because the mode of thought we are talking about is the main reason we are losing, not just in our wars overseas but also in the battle for America here at home. We cannot win that battle until we understand what we have let happen to us – until we recognize that we have been mentally programmed for defeat – and then make a dramatic change.
You will remember that Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell is the only survivor of Operation Redwing. The title of his book is Lone Survivor (New York, Little, Brown, 2007). The trouble started soon after the four-man SEAL team jumped into Afghanistan to capture or kill a Taliban leader. Suddenly, three Afghans blundered into their concealed mountain position.
The three Afghans appeared to be civilians, goatherds accompanied by about a hundred goats wearing bells. But they made no secret of their hostility. One of them was a teenager. Marcus offered him a power bar; the teenager wouldn’t take it.
The adults were glaring. They were enemies. The team radioed for instructions, but could not raise headquarters. So the four SEALS took a vote. What should they do?
Remember, they were supposed to be fighting a war. Surely the men who had dropped them deep inside Afghanistan surrounded by enemy were aware of the possibility that they could encounter hostile civilians. Marcus Luttrell makes clear that the only sensible military decision was to kill them. Matt “Axe” Axelson agreed: “I think we should kill them, because we can’t let them go.” Danny Dietz agreed to do whatever the others decided.
An ethical struggle erupted. Mission commander Lieutenant Mike Murphy explained that when the Taliban found the bodies they would “sing to the Afghan media. The media in the U.S.A. will latch on to it and write stuff about the brutish U.S. Armed Forces. Very shortly after that, we’ll be charged with murder. . . .”
Marcus Luttrell mulled this over. He wasn’t afraid of the three Afghans. He wasn’t afraid of the Taliban. “. . . Was I afraid of the liberal media back in the U.S.A.? Yes. And I suddenly flashed on the prospect of many, many years in a U.S. civilian jail alongside murderers and rapists.” (Pp. 202-03)

Answer: HOWDY!!! This is Bulldog. I have not read all of your letter yet, but I need to answer in this way. I was in U.S. AIR FORCE 1968-1976 two tours in Vietnam. I was on an Air Force Base where you thought that you were secure. Sorry we weren't. The only Air Force people on the base was marines, army, and our Security Police. BIG DEAL!!! my last tour was the worst > 1972 <. I had a gun card but could only use it if we were under attack. B.S. what good was a gun card when you had to go and check it out at the armor and who has time to run for a gun. The security police>Air Force< people had to set off flares to see if the cong was coming thru the fence. MORE B.S. They contacted CSC- Central Security Control informed them some one was trying to get thru the wires: CSC asked (because they had to) does he look hostile ? Yea!!!!!! I always thought Bull S in a war zone! No wonder myself and other men that were there came home to face the enemy here that were against the war Most of us have P.T.S.D. I had been ser. injured in 1970 and was back in Nam was Jan. 1972. What a hell of a way to fight a war. The men and women that are coming back now from Iraq & Afgan. feal that they are JUST FINE. WRONG I can tell you a lot of them will have the nightmares just like the Vietnam Vets. DON'T FEEL SORRY FOR US. WE DON'T WANT THAT we just want people to sort of understand what the Vietnam, Iraq & Afga. Vets had to go through. Long hours, no sleep, and a bunch of other things. I just had to say this because of the letter of the seals, I am one that came back and I know soldiers of Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, & Afag. have the same feeling as I, We lost a lot and for WHAT????
May God bless our soldiers, present & past and may God bless America.
STAY SAFE!!!

Ramadan: What do u think of all those thinkers praising islam?
"The Religion of Islam is growing faster than any other religion in the world." [MIKE WALLACE, 60 MINUTES]
"MUHUMMAD WAS THE SOUL OF KINDNESS, AND HIS INFLUENCE WAS FELT AND NEVER FORGOTTEN BY THOSE AROUND HIM." A Hindu scholar [Diwan Chand Sharma in his "The Prophets of the East," Calcutta 1935, p. 122.]
"FOUR YEARS AFTER THE DEATH OF JUSTINIAN, A.D. 569, WAS BORN AT MAKKAH, IN ARABIA THE MAN WHO, OF ALL MEN EXERCISED THE GREATEST INFLUENCE UPON THE HUMAN RACE ... MOHAMMED ..." [John William Draper, M.D., LLD., in his "A History of the lntellectual Development of Europe",- London 1875.]
"I HAVE STUDIED HIM - THE WONDERFUL MAN - AND IN MY OPINION , HE MUST BE CALLED THE SAVIOUR OF HUMANITY." [George Bernard Shaw, in "The Genuine Islam,- Vol. 1, No. 81936.]
"BY A FORTUNE ABSOLUTELY UNIQUE IN HISTORY, MOHAMMED IS A THREEFOLD FOUNDER OF A NATION, OF AN EMPIRE, AND OF A RELIGION." [R. Bosworth-Smith in "Mohammed and Mohammedanism".- 1946.]
"If a man like Muhammed were to assume the dictatorship of the modern world, he would succeed in solving its problems that would bring it the much needed peace and happiness." [George Bernard Shaw]
"It seems to me that Muhammad was a very ordinary man. He could not read or write. In fact, he was illiterate. We are talking about 1400 years ago. You have someone who was illiterate making profound pronouncement and statements and are amazingly accurate about scientific nature. I personally cannot see how this could be mere chance. There are too many accuracyÂ’s and, like Dr. Moore, I have no difficulty in my mind in concerning that this is a divine inspiration or revelation which led him to these statements." Dr. T.V.N. Persaud is a Professor of Anatomy and Head of the Department of Anatomy, and a professor of Pediatrics and Child Health, University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
My choice of Muhammad to lead the list of the worlds most influential persons may surprise some readers and may be questioned by others, but he was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular level." [Michael H. Hart, THE 100: A RANKING OF THE MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSONS IN HISTORY, New York: Hart Publishing Company, Inc., 1978, p. 33.]
Everything made so much sense. This is the beauty of the Qurân; it asks you to reflect and reason....When I read the Qurân further, it talked about prayer, kindness and charity. I was not a Muslim yet, but I felt the only answer for me was the Qurân and God had sent it to me." [Cat Stevens (Now Yusuf Islam), former British pop star.]
Four years after the death of Justinian, A.D. 569, was born at Mecca, in Arabia the man who, of all men exercised the greatest influence upon the human race . . . Mohammed . . . " [John William Draper, M.D., L.L.D., A History of the Intellectual Development of Europe, London 1875, Vol.1, pp.329-330]
"Muhammad was the soul of kindness, and his influence was felt and never forgotten by those around him." [Diwan Chand Sharma, The Prophets of the East, Calcutta 1935, p. l 22.]
I have always held the religion of Muhammad in high estimation because of its wonderful vitality. It is the only religion which appears to me to possess that assimilating capacity to the changing phase of existence which can make itself appeal to every age.[G.B. Shaw, THE GENUINE ISLAM, Vol. 1, No. 81936.]
"The rise of Islam is perhaps the most amazing event in human history. Springing from a land and a people like previously negligible, Islam spread within a century over half the earth, shattering great empires, overthrowing long established religions, remoulding the souls of races, and building up a whole new world - world of Islam.
"Muhummed is the most successful of all Prophets and religious personalities." [Encyclopedia Britannica]
It has been a great pleasure for me to help clarify statements in the Qurân about human development. It is clear to me that these statements must have come to Muhammad from Allah, or Allah, because almost all of this knowledge was not discovered until many centuries later. This proves to me that Muhammad must have been a messenger of Allah. [Professor Keith Moore, one of the world’s prominent scientists of anatomy and embryology. University of Toronto, Canada]
