How would someone collect MEGA MILLIONS winnings?

If someone has no bank account, and buys a ticket and wins the total jackpot of either Mega millions or Powerball, how would they go about getting the money? I tried googling it, but all I come up with is the general "how to play" and some email scams dealing with Mega millions in the subject line.
Answer: If someone won the Mega millions and he did not have a bank account, he would walk into a bank, and say, "Hello, I'd like to open a bank account" and he would open a new bank account. Then he'd take his Mega millions check to the bank and say, "Hello, I'd like to make a deposit." Then he'd fill out a deposit slip and sign the back of the check and hand it to the teller. If you have say, $120 million (after taxes) in your bank account/accounts all that money isn't actually in there inside the bank, for security purposes. It would be held in one or multiple Federal Depositories since most individuals would gladly accept a debit card or credit card in lieu of carrying exceedingly large amounts of cash with them everywhere. Convenience is a wonderful thing. I don't know what you mean by "what can you do to make sure that you obtain almost all of it?" If you won $120 million (after taxes) you have the right to get all of that money in cash. It is your money. However there are limits on the amount of money a bank can give you via withdraw from inside a bank. I don't know if there is a law or regulation, but the bank will have some limit based on the amount of money it has on hand vs the amount of money it is required to keep on hand for everyone else. My bank, Navy Federal Credit Union has a $50,000 daily teller withdraw limit unless 24 hours notice is given for amounts over that and a minimum of 7 day notice of withdraws over $1,000,000. The branch of my bank I use is also very large, some banks, like those inside grocery stores wont have even $10,000 to give out. You can request your money through your bank and it will take some time, how much I don't know, I would guess a few weeks to have even 25% of that brought over in cash from a depository. You will certainly get your money, but it will take time. Taxes: For winnings of $5,000.01 and over, your state's Department of Revenue removes the 25 percent federal withholding before you receive your winnings check (or, if it is an annuity, from each winnings check). You then receive a W-2G form with each check to submit with your 1040 form to show that the 25 percent federal withholding already has been paid. The odds of winning the Mega millions jackpot are 1 in 176 million and tickets are one dollar, so how high would the advertised jackpot have to be to get more than $176,000,000 via the cash option and after taxes (assuming 6% state income tax and not sharing the jackpot with someone else?). I know they automatically withold 29% or something for federal taxes, but I hear it never ends up being enough and you have to pay more.
