Incase the guy who mentioned the Giants hasn't been watching there offense isn't very good when Eli doesn't get to throw jump balls to Plax.

NFL POWER RANKINGS WEEK 12: Rams Drop Into Bottom Three - Turf ...
The St. Louis Rams rank pretty low in this week's power rankings. Where are the experts putting them?
What do you think of my personal post Week 12 NFL Power Rankings?
1. Indianapolis Colts- they can win games with defense now and grind it out as theyve showed. They can win games not playing their best rather than having to completely outscore the other team offensively every game.
What do you think of my personal post Week 12 NFL Power Rankings?
2. New Orleans Saints- undefeated and still keep on rolling. Patriots were another victim last night.
3. Minnesota Vikings- have been dominant the past few weeks. None of their games have been even within reach.
4. San Diego Chargers- started 1-3 but are red hot and have won 5 in a row and took back the division lead after trailing by 3 games. I think this is the team playing better than any team with at least 3 losses. The Chargers may be the 2nd best team in the AFC behind the Colts right now playing well on both sides of the ball and special teams.
5. Cinncinnati Bengals- last 2 weeks havent been pretty but theyre still theyve still completely swept a difficult division with the Steelers and Ravens in it.
6.Dallas Cowboys- not much of a challenge from the Raiders this week but the Cowboys after a 2-2 start are still 6-1 in their last 7 and playing good football. Need to show more toughness as a team but they still have a ton of talent and lead the NFC East division. Got a huge win over the Eagles on the road earlier in November and have a chance for paying in the Meadowlands against the Giants
7. Arizona Cardinals- suffered a really tough loss on the final seconds without their leader and QB Kurt Warner. Theyve still been playing well and are much better than last years NFC Champion team. Theyre running the ball well and stuffing the run as theyre #1 in run D. Theyre an underrated defensive team and can show what theyve got against the Vikings Sunday Night.
8.Green Bay Packers- lost 2 tough games against the Vikings and a really bad one against the previously winless Buccaneers but this is still a really good football team and theyre playing well right now. Since the dreadful loss to the Bucs theyve won 3 straight and nearly shutout a good Cowboys team completely dominated that game in the process. A good team on offense and defense right now.
9.Philadelphia Eagles- really good football team and currently in one of the top 2 spots in the NFC Wild Card race. They need to shown more consistency and play better at times though. A greatly talented team on both offense and defense with great WRs and DBs. Big NFC Wild Card showdown in Atlanta upcoming this week
10. Denver Broncos-dominated the Giants from start to finish and played like the team we watched the first 6 weeks of this season. They lost the AFC West lead to a schoring hot Chargers team but are still up in the top 2 slots of the Wild Card picture. This defense is still great. Theyve got 4 wins over good teams this year against the Cowboys,Patriots,Bengals, and Chargers. They are over the Patriots in the Top 10 by virtue of the head to head win
you can feel free to disagree with me, and tell me what you agree and dont agree with or what youd change about it
just respect my opinion
Answer: I agree with everything on there.
1. Colts -- It hasn't always been easy this year; but the number one sign of a good team is winning close games, and they sure have proven this many times. Peyton Manning is truly the MVP of the NFL; as he's been near flawless in crunch time this year.
2. Saints -- This team reminds me of the 1999 Rams; in the sense that at any waking moment, they can absolutely burn you downfield for 50 yards like that. The defense, most especially Sharper have been above-average also. Sharper is a legit defensive player of the year candidate.
3. Vikings -- Quietly dominating every opponent they play week in and week out. To me, possibly the deepest and most complete team in the NFL. When experts talk about the two necessary components in where the game is won; they mention the offensive and defensive lines. Who has a better offensive and defensive line then the Vikings? I'm not sure anyone does at the moment.
4. Chargers -- Absolutely on fire. Philip Rivers is often forgotten in the debate of top QBs in the NFL; but he's surely in the Top 5 conversation now. Vincent Jackson is also another player who doesn't often get the credit he should. And the main reason, they finally came alive? The defense finally is playing up to its potential.
5. Bengals -- Been a shakey few weeks as you said. The Bengals/Browns games are always tough no matter how bad one of (most times both) teams are; so I'm not worried about that. A very true test will come not this week (Detroit) but in two weeks versus the Vikings.
6. Cowboys -- The weapons on the offensive side are surely there and they stopped what hurt them so bad earlier in the year. Dumb Penalties. So the discipline is obviously improving; but as you said, I still see soft spots on the defensive side of the ball -- particularly in their secondary. I also feel the NFC East is obviously weaker then usual this year, so I still think they should hold onto the division lead from here on out. The win over the Eagles earlier in the season could prove crucial in that division race.
7. Cardinals -- Huge match-up this weekend vs the Vikings. As you said, their run defense has been incredible this year, and they'll face a true test this weekend versus Adrian Peterson and that Vikings O-Line. They've finally started to run the ball well which is a necessary no matter how good their aerial attack is. Need strong play from the offensive line to protect Warner from Jared Allen and co. if they hope to win.
8. Philadelphia Eagles -- Consistency issues plague this team it seems. The win over the Redskins was far from impressive; as was the win over the Bears. The short yardage and red zone situations are flat out awful at the moment. If not for their WR core (including TE Celek) has really bailed them out of games at times. DeSean Jackson who will be out this week in a key Wildcard-like matchup vs the Falcons (also w/o Matt Ryan) could play a factor; but I think Jeremy Maclin and very solid 3rd down/possession receiver Jason Avant will step up.
9. Denver Broncos -- Brian Dawkins is perhaps along with Ray Lewis the top motivator and leader in the NFL. He calls a team meeting during the week and like that; they play an inspired game, that effectively saved their season and keeps them in contention for the AFC West and/or a Wildcard. Kyle Orton also showed courage by getting into the game and playing hurt.
10. Green Bay Packers -- Aaron Rodgers is coming into his own and is more then just a great fantasy QB. The defense has finally shown promise, and their DBs are ball-hawks always forcing turnovers. The offensive line is flat out an issue. They've gotten 'slightly' and I use the word nicely; better at protecting their QB in the past two weeks. But it's still been flat out attrocious as Rodgers leads the league in being sacked.
Mentions: Pittsburgh Steelers, New England (still a TOP10 team, just a poor performance), Baltimore Ravens, Tennessee Titans, Atlanta Falcons, New York Giants, Jacksonville Jaguars

NFL POWER RANKINGS WEEK 12: NFC Playoff Contenders

Week 7 NFL Power Rankings?
1. Saints (Drew Brees is on fire, defense is excellent)
2. Vikings (Brett Favre is playing well, plus Adrian Peterson)
3. Giants (Defense should rebound from embarrassment)
4. Colts (Would be higher but the lack of run game)
5. Falcons (I love the fact that they gave Matt Ryan Tony Gonzalez, and they also have Michael Turner)
6. Patriots (Tom Brady is back)
7. Steelers (Super Bowl Hangover?-Not this year)
8. Broncos (They dont have as much a secure lead as they want, they got a bye and then the Ravens, San Diego have the Chiefs and the Raiders)
9. Chargers(LaDainian Tomlinson showed me yesterday that he is not done, the chargers will fix their problems on defense, and they will take the AFC West)
10. Ravens (should be 4-2, Ray Rice is incredible)
11. Eagles (Andy Reid was, unbelievably, outcoached on Sunday, but he still maintains a strong team)
12. Bears (Redzone Problems: Fixable)
13. Bengals (Cant keep winning in the last seconds)
14. Packers (Good team but cant see them in the playoffs, Vikings will take the division, and there is too much competition for the wildcard)
15. Cardinals (The beautiful Warner-Fitzgerald connection is regaining its spark, look out)
16. 49ers (Mike Singletary has this team well-coached)
17. Jets (Rex Ryan will turn his young quarterback in the right direction, good defense as well)
18. Texans (Too inconsistent, you dont know what you are going to get)
19. Cowboys (Tony Romo is not playing well, inaccurate, who is his man? T.O. was a distraction, but he was a football player)
20. Jaguars (Another case of an inconsistent team, although when the good Jaguar team shows up, they are dangerous)
21. Panthers ( Delehomme is another QB that is not playing well, he is driving this football team down into the depths of the NFL)
22. Dolphins (The loss of Chad Pennington killed this team, Chad Henne has the skillset but lacks the experience)
23. Seahawks (Matt Hasselbeck cant stay healthy, Ceneca Wallace cant get it done when Matts down)
24. Bills (If Trent Edwards cant make it back, this team is done)
25. Lions (With Mathew Stafford, the Lions are in the game)
26. Raiders (One of the best inconsistent teams, but they are also the worst)
27. Redskins (Just a huge disaster in Washington)
28. Chiefs (Matt Cassel was maybe a one year wonder in New England, havent seen him produce as QB)
29. Titans (Just a bad situation in Tennesse, QB failures, players giving up, Jeff Fisher will probably end up next season coaching the Raiders, Jaguars, or Bills)
30. Buccaneers (Horrible offense, horrible defense, just horrible)
31. Browns (In my mind, they should be winless, no QB, old RB, trading away their two best recievers in Kellen Winslow and Braylon Edwards)
32. Rams (They have absolutely nothing going for them, offense or defense)
Answer: I have 3 problems.
1) Giants are 5-0 against 4 of the worst teams in the whole league and 0-1 against good teams. They don't belong in the top 10 anymore. They just got exposed. OVERRATED.
2) Patriots HAVE to be above the Falcons. They won 27-10. C'mon. Patriots are certainly better than them.
3) Broncos should be #3. They DID beat the Pats and while I feel like a big part of that was Brady not being himself, you still have to respect that they're 6-0 and red hot.

A new way to get power rankings!!?
I was thinking of a new way to develop power rankings week to week in the NFL, I am wondering what everyone else thinks about this.. Dont get fired up, this is just something I was wondering.
It goes like this..
A teams total points for (PF) - points against (PA) = (+/-)
Then its put against the teams they have played (+/-)
divide the teams played (+/-) by the # of weeks played and add it to the teams (+/-) and it gives you a #..
This # tells you how the team has done against the opponents they have played based on the level of those teams..(i.e Buffalo beating the Raiders doesnt hold as much weight as Green Bay beating New Orleans)
Now the results I got are as follows
1. GB
2. DAL
3.BAL
4.NYJ
5. OAK
6. TB
7.WAS
8. NO
9. NE
10. CHI
11. DET
12. HOU
13. ARI
14. CIN
15. DEN
16. SD
17. TEN
18. BUF
19. CAR
20. JAC
21. ATL
22. SF
23. PHI
24. MIA
25. NYG
26. CLE
27. MIN
28. PIT
29. IND
30. STL
31. KC
32. SEA
I know this puts some teams in some weird spots to where I would normally put them, but is there anything to seeing how many points the team has scored and given up based on what their competition has done??
Just wondering..
Answer: If they're doing that, they will be yelled as running up scores.
"they" means those strong offense team such Pats, Packers, Saints, ....
Basically, American cannot bear the defeat, instead of feeling ashame, they whine the opponent runs up score.

Pats over BMore? You are high xP
BTW Pats have the #32 defense. For you ppl who dont know football
OK HomerFan, come holla at me when your Pats tank another playoff game and get smashed by the Bills. You obviously dont watch much football outside of Fantasy. Anyone with a IQ knows that Pats are heavily overrated (like every year after 07). They may have the #1 offense but #32 defense, along with theyre 3 wins come from teams with a combined record of 4-9 while being embarrassed by the Bills by blowing a 20-something lead. The Ravens have the #3 defense and #14 offense and the teams theyve beaten are 4-8, outscoring them 106-31 meanwhile Pats outscored their opponents in theyre winning games 104-64. Thats right, the Ravens score more points than the Pats even and more than half the points allowed.
Plz stfu & sit down, grown folks are talkin
Answer: I must be high also as New England (as much as I hate them) should be at #2

NFL POWER RANKINGS WEEK 12: NFC Playoff Contenders - Blogging ...
Summary of power rankings for the NFC wildcard contenders, Cowboys, Giants, Eagles, Lions, Bears & Falcons.
NFL Week 6 Power Rankings!?
1). Green Bay Packers
The Packers are the best team in the NFL, and wont be coming out of the #1 spot unless they take themselves out. AMAZING.
2). Detroit Lions
The only reason the Lions arent the top team in the NFL is because of the team ahead of them; the Packers. AMAZING.
3). New Orleans Saints
The only game they lost this season was a game that they played well enough to win - except the other team scored 42 points against their 34. AMAZING.
4). Buffalo Bills
Its hard to believe that the Patriots competition in the division this year are the Bills, not the Jets. Nonetheless, the Bills are in first place in the division and fourth in the NFL. SURPRISING.
5). Baltimore Ravens
This teams offense is often overlooked, because the defense is just too dang good. They have scored more then 1/8 of the Ravens total PF. nuff said. AMAZING.
6). New England Patriots
The Patriots are first in the league in passing, thats good. Theyre also sixth in the league in
rushing; and I dont even think Bill Belichick expected that. IN ADDITION.
7). San Diego Chargers
The Chargers are only +11 in net points, but they have managed to find ways to win. In addition, for the next 7 games, the Chargers only play two teams with a winning record. LOOKS EASY
8). San Francisco 49ers
I cant believe that the NFC West champion was predicted to be any team OTHER then the 9ers. *hops on bandwagon* SURPRISE
9). Washington Redskins
So far Rex Grossman would be correct, as the Skins are sitting .5 games ahead of the Giants for first place. SURPRISE
10). Houstan Texans
So they lost to an emotionally charged Raiders, but I think after Al Davis death, the Raiders could have beaten the 2007 Patriots. So in retrospect, it was a good effort by the Texans. GOODTRY
11). Pittsburgh Steelers
It sure was nice to see the Steelers finally come alive, but they have their work cut out for them against a division with no team under .500. FINALLY
12). Cincinatti Bengals
This is hard to believe, but the Bengals are actually tenth overall in Net Points. They are also in second place in the divison. SURPRISE.
13). Tenessee Titans
Ok, so I had no hopes at all for this team, and it showed after getting murdered by the Steelers. But hey, its time to face facts. The Titans are in second place in the divison right now. BELIEVER.
14). Tampa Bay Buccaneers
So that was an embarassing performance. But Im keeping the Bucs up this high because I KNOW they are a better team then that. Theyre 3-2 for a reason folks. MISUNDERSTOOD.
15). New York Giants
No doubt the Giants are going to sink to .500 next week. The Bills have intercepted more passes then Eli Manning has thrown touchdowns. If theyre lucky, theyll only lose by 100 points. I think this is what people call, SKEPTICAL!!
16), Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings are a 4-1 team trapped in a 1-4 shell. The Vikings boast two of the best players on each side of the ball. Jared Allen is clearly the best defensive player in the NFL (8.5 sacks, 1 FF, 1 INT) and Adrian Peterson is arguably the most explosive offensive player. Strangely enough, when the Vikings relied on these two in week 5, they killed the Cardinals. UNDERRATED.
17). Oakland Raiders
Nice win, and definately a very respected win. The Raiders are playing well, but the Chargers are in their division. TOO BAD.
18). Dallas Cowboys
So their two losses came from the Lions and Redskins. Last year that would have been a complete embarassment, but this year, its completely understandable. TOUGH.
19). Cleveland Browns
The worst team in their division and they have a .500 record. TOUGH.
20). Atlanta Falcons
Wearing my Falcons cap right now, and completely depressed. But I know the Falcons will pull through. STILLHOPE.
21). New York Jets
Dont worry, Rex Ry
16), Minnesota Vikings

21). New York Jets
Dont worry, Rex Ry
21). New York Jets
Dont worry, Rex Ryan promised Jets fans a superbowl! But he may have been talking about next year. DISAPPOINTMENT.
22). Chicago Bears
The Bears played TERRIBLY on Monday. And if they wanted to stay in the race, they would have had to win. Look for them to move to the cellar of the division next week, especially against Jared Allen when the Bears OL is already AWFUL. SUCKS4YOU
23). Philidelphia Eagles
This outstanding offense gets no credit thanks to a terrible defense. NO BALANCE
24). Carolina Panthers
Like the Vikings, this team gets not nearly enough credit. UNDERRATED.
25). Denver Broncos
It will be fun to see how the offense is run with Tebow under center. LESSEE.
26). Arizona Cardinals
Any QB would have looked bad against Minnesotas DL. STILLHOPE
27). Seattle Seahawks
Jackson only looked good thanks to Rice, much like when they were with the Vikings. LUCKY
28). Miami Dolphins
With a weapon like Brandon Marshall, the dolphins should be doing a lot better
Answer: There are lots of variables for rankings to really mean that much. As far as I'm concerned the Packers may be the only correct ranking. The Lions (my team) have yet to be really tested. As fun as it is to be ranked #2 in the power rankings I still wait for the other shoe to drop.

1 day ago ... After a crazy weekend of NFL football, it's time to update our weekly power rankings. Although there's a twist this week...
Answer: Seems solid man. Bit concerned with Dallas being that high though, I think the Broncos have played better football than them, despite their record. I think you should change it to Top 11 though lol, Tennessee has been playing great lately. Feels weird not to have them up their.

NFL Week 2 Power Rankings!?
"1."- Ranking / (1) - last week / Team Name - Team Name
1. Green Bay Packers (2) So they almost got beat by the Panthers. Who cares? They still managed to win. Theyve just barely escaped their last two wins, but they are wins nonetheless. Losing Collins could be a huge blow though.
2. New England Patriots (3) The Patriots are 2-0. "Two weeks in, its hard to tell what a team can actually do..." Thats what they said in 2008 too.
3. New Orleans Saints (5) To beat up two of the best defenses in the league two weeks in a row must feel pretty good. Mark Ingram hasnt rushed for 100 yards yet however.
4. Philidalphia Eagles (4) Losing to the Falcons hurts. Losing Michael Vick hurts more. Depending on how long Vick is out, we could see a whole new dynamic from Phili. Remember Vince Young has been scratched for the last two weeks, and Mike Kafka isnt going to help win.
5. New York Jets (6) The Jets were solid from every aspect against the Jags. Defense was fantastic, Offense was on spot, it was just good.
6. Baltimore Ravens (1) Maybe I was jumping on the bandwagon a little two quick last week. Nothing seemed to click VS the Titans on Sunday. This was supposed to be a sure win game.
7. Houstan Texans (8) The Texans continue to dominate. My pick to win the AFC South is still going strong.
8. Atlanta Falcons (10) Its hard to describe how the Falcons played on Sunday Night. There were a lot of turnovers, and they were probably outplayed by the Eagles. But they still won, and four passing touchdowns by Matt Ryan looks pretty good.
9. Detroit Lions (14) The Lions DESTROYED the Chiefs. So far theyre living up to the hype, starting 2-0.
10. San Diego Chargers (9) The Chargers lost. But they lost to the Patriots, so thats understandable. They played well but made mistakes, bad calls. They simply didnt look like the Chargers.
11. Pittsburgh Steelers (11) Shutting out a team has to look good on your resume. But you just shutout the Seahawks, and I think even the Vikings could do that.
12. Dallas Cowboys (12) So last week was an ugly loss. But this week was a pretty win. Dramatic and fantastic, just the way I like it.
13. Chicago Bears (7) The Bears really have a tough schedule. Theyll finally catch a break though in week 4, against the Panthers. But even that game could be hard.
14. Tampa Bay Bucanneers (15) As a Vikings fan Im sick to my stomach, and I have to by a new TV because I threw a remote at it. Nonetheless, the Bucanneers played well, and Josh Freeman looked elite and under no pressure.
15. New York Giants (16) Injuries are going to be the biggest roadblock this season, as they already have three starters out for the season. But Eli Manning could still lead the Giants to a winning season.
16. Buffalo Bills (23) The Bills are dominating, and what a great win on Sunday. But then again theyve played two lowly teams. They will be tested next week against the Patriots.
17. Washington Redskins (17) Rex Grossman just might have been on to something when he said the Redskins would win the division... oh man, I just said that. please... help... me......
18. Minnesota Vikings (19) The good news: The Vikings are 2-0 in the first half. The Bad news: They are 0-2 overall.
19. Jacksonville Jaguars (13) Tough loss on Sunday. Just didnt look good at all.
20. Arizona Cardinals (18) Losing by one point hurts anybody, but losing by one point to Washington hurts even more.
21. Oakland Raiders (20) That was close. Scoring 35 points is never bad, that is, unless you lose.
22. San Francisco 49ers (22) Well Sunday proved that the 49ers can compete with the big dogs, and for probably the last time this season, two NFC West teams are at .500!
23. Carolina Panthers (27) Cam Newton looks like a beast. Thats... thats just the best way to describe him. He had the most passing yards out of anybody last week, tying Brady with 432. And this was against the Packers defense.
24. Miami Dolphins (25) Miami has played nothing but tough teams so far. The schedule lightens up soon though.
25. Tennessee Titans (26) So this Sunday they beat the Ra- wait... THEY ACTUALLY WON?!?!
26. Denver Broncos (28) Last week: Te-BOW Te-BOW Te-BOW. This week: OR-ton OR-ton OR-ton!
27. Cincinatti Bengals (29) Daltons lookin sharp. And I dont mean his clothes.
28. Cleveland Browns (30) So far it doesnt look like Peyton Hillis is dealing with the Madden Curse. Hes on fire.
29. St. Louis Rams (21) Losing Jackson and Amendola really is going to hurt the Rams.
30. Indianapolis Colts (32) Only two touchdowns so far this season for the Colts.
31. Seattle Seahawks (31) Getting shutout hurts bad. But it WAS against the Steelers... once Rice comes back to town the Seahawks should win a game or two.
32. Kansas City Chiefs (24) The Chiefs have been blown out twice i

Who are this years surprise teams in the NFL?
Here are mine
5. Washington Redskins: The Redskins were a bad team in 2010 playing in one of the best divisions in the league. No one thought Washington had a chance this year, they were voted the worst team in the NFC by the power rankings. But after great pre season and superb week 1 victory over a team who they havnt beaten since 2007, the Giants. Mike Shanahan had a plan all along and like he did in Denver he created a system where if the QB knows it well then they will have success. With Grossman he has a QB who even tho has looked awful, yet he has a taste at what a super bowl is like, and im sure hed do anything to get back to the big game and win it all this time. With Albert Haynsworth and Donovan McNabb gone and having no luck with there new teams, the Skins have made significant improvements and I see them being an under dog in the NFC EAST. If they can beat Dallas and Philadelphia then this Redskin team could possibly come outta no where and win there division. But its still the NFC EAST with teams like the Eagles, Cowboys and Giants its one tough place to win.
4. Arizona Cardinals: The Cardinals were an awful team in 2010 lead by journeyman Derek Anderson who had 1 good year in Cleveland then fell off the map with bad play. But the Cards have Kevin Kolb now and still have a top WR in Larry Fitzgerald . Kolb looked good in his first game in Arizona, however it was agianst the worst team in the league last year in Carolina, im not ready to jump the Kolb bandwagon yet until he faces a playoff caliber team. The Cards main problem is there secondary, which im sure many thought would be better with Patrick Peterson and Richard Marshall as the 2 CBs and Kerry Rhodes and Adrian Wilson at safety. To me I think this team will be win the division if it improves its D. I almost picked Carolina or Washington at 4 but the thing that separates Arizona from the others is the fact they play in the NFC WEST, with teams like SF who I feel will never go anywhere with Alex Smith, STL who lost half its team to injury vs the Eagles and lack the talent to replace the injured players, and dont even get me started on Seattle. I see Arizona winning between 8-10 games and winning there division.
3. Detroit Lions: 4 years ago id prob slit my throat for saying this but Detroit is a really good football team. If QB Matt Stafford can stay healthy and the Lion play solid D like they have been, then I see this team going in as a wildcard team, they have star talent in DT Ndamukong Suh, WR Calvin "Megatron" Johnson, and if healthy Stafford has shown the ability to be a pro bowl QB, something the Lions have not had in a long time. The only knock I have on the Lions is really the division they play in, the Bears and Packers are championship caliber teams and have shown signs of staying that way. Besides the Vikings (who are rebuilding) this division is the most successful in the league and if the Lions are to make the playoffs they will have to get through Chicago and Green Bay, but both those teams had great week 1 wins and are poised at a run at the Super Bowl. The Lions, with a healthy Matt Stafford, could win 10-12 games and clinch a wildcard.
2. The Oakland Raiders: They say every year is Oaklands return to greatness, but they have been a mess for years. But this years differnt in Oakland, this year they have the coaches and players to win some games. The offense centers around its top 5 running game with Darren McFadden leading the way and Michael Bush getting those short yardage gains. The defense is exactlly what the Raiders want, big and fast. Oaklands front 4 is a wall steel. lead by 11th year all pro DT Richard Seymour, this unit could stop the run and put pressure on the QB. Even without Nnamdi the secondary has shown that its good enough to win, but im sure the Raiders wish they still had Nnamdi as they are gonna miss having one side of the field shut down. I think Oaklands season will depend on if QB Jason Campbell plays solid, if he does then I see Oakland sweeping there division again, but this time winning the AFC WEST and winning atleast 10-11 games
1. Houston Texans: The Texans came into 2011 with questions on defense, the offense has been good now for years but with a bottom 5 defense in a division with Peyton Manning, the Texans could not win the AFC SOUTH. But this year things are looking as if God is saying "Here im giving you a chance at winning it all this year." This year the Texans have a stout D and better yet a very very weak division, Indy without Peyton Manning has shown to be one of the worst teams in the league, and Jacksonville and Tennessee are both in a state of decline in talent. If Houston plays solid defense the whole year and continues to play at a high level of offense then move outta the way Dallas Cowboys, Texas has a Super Bowl caliber team once again. Look for the Texans to win atleast 10-13 games and could make a run at the Super Bowl.
Answer: I wouldn't classify the Texans and Lions as suprise teams. With Peyton out, the Texans are almost destined to win the division, and a lot of people are predicting the Lions to do well this year anyway. I would replace those 2 with the Bills and maybe the Dolphins.

Week 12 NFL Power Rankings: St. Louis Rams Drop To No. 30

NFL Week 1 Power Rankings?
1). Baltimore Ravens - The season could not have started more perfectly for the Ravens.
2). Green Bay Packers - The Packers are carrying momentum from the Super Bowl into this season. Thats the only way you can beat the Saints that bad.
3). New England Patriots - Tom Brady made history about five times against the Dolphins. It may be hard to believe, but Brady is looking BETTER then last year.
4). Philidalphia Eagles - The dream team is only 15 wins away from their perfect season. They certainly looked good in the opener, but then again, they played the Rams. This team will be put to the test against Atlanta.
5). New Orleans Saints - Typically scoring 34 points will get you a win. But not when you play the Super Bowl champions.
6). New York Jets - The Jets wiggled out of a thriller on Sunday Night. Does it really matter though? They will lose in the AFC Championship game anyway.
7). Chicago Bears - There are two types of people in this world. 1 - People who believed in Cutler
2 - People who called him a quitter. Good news for Jay, those two people have merged now.
8). Houstan Texans - The only reasons the Texans have struggled in recent years is because they have had insanely hard schedules. Maybe now with an easier schedule they can pull out a playoff run.
9). San Diego Chargers - A nice victory for the Chargers, who start off 1-0. If history repeats itself however, they will only win two out of the next five games. But if they keep playing like they did on sunday, they should easily avoid that.
10). Atlanta Falcons - Its tough to say that the Atlanta Falcons are "struggling". Come on, they played the Chicago defense. 6 points is pretty good against them.
11). Pittsburgh Steelers - The AFC Champions looked extremely rusty against Baltimore. Big Ben and the Steelers need to shake off their Super Bowl funk, seven turnovers is simply unacceptable for a team of their caliber.
12). Dallas Cowboys - It was a game that Dallas had in their hands. They decided the Jets fate, and they blew it.
13). Jacksonville Jaguars - Not a bad game, but this was against the Titans. Its hard to tell yet what the Jags can do for the rest of the season.
14). Detroit Lions - The Lions boast one of the best Defensive players in the game, and one of the most promising young quarterbacks. Wait- this is the same team that went 0-16 in 2008?
15). Tampa Bay Buccaneers - The Bucs start 0-1 in 2011. Just like everyone else in the division.
16). New York Giants - Injurys have hurt the Giants, and losing to the Redskins just has to hurt.
17). Washington Redskins - I might just start Rex Grossman on my fantasy team. No, Im not joking.
18). Arizona Cardinals - Congrats, you just beat a rookie QB and the worst team in the league last year.
19). Minnesota Vikings - A lot of Vikings fans are angry with Donavan McNabb only throwing 39 yards. But keep in mind, he only threw 15 passes. Perhaps this isnt an offensive issue, but a coaching issue.
20). Oakland Raiders - There were plenty of penalties by the Raiders, but they managed to win. Darren McFadden carried the entire team on his back on Monday... I wonder if that was heavy.
21). St. Louis Rams - Im still really liking Sam Bradford. I expect great things from him this year. The team however, they have a tough schedule and Im not so sure about them as a whole.
22). San Francisco 49ers - Pretty dominant performance against the worst team in the league.
23). Buffalo Bills - The Bills look like they have put 2011 behind them. Theyre 1-0, so they wont go winless for the first seven weeks this time at least.
24). Kansas City Chiefs - Ouch. The Chiefs just got pummeled by a team that was 4-12 last season. The Chiefs look like a one year wonder.
25). Miami Dolphins - They played very well against the Patriots. They also helped in creating history... however allowing 517 passing yards isnt a record that your team wants to be held accountable for.
26). Tennesee Titans - Chris Johnson looked AWFUL on Sunday. So far hes on pace to rush for 500 yards this season. Yikes.
27). Carolina Panthers - Cam Newton looked great against the Cardinals. Steve Smith looked like a Pro Bowler. The Panthers looked like a legit team. But... they lost. So there goes all that.
28). Denver Broncos - Even with 131 yards given to them thanks to penalties, the Broncos couldnt pull out a victory.
29). Cincinatti Bengals - The Bengals winning kind of sort of made me laugh.
30). Cleveland Browns - Peyton Hills should be the only enjoyable thing to watch for Cleveland fans this season.
31). Seattle Seahawks - The Seahawks should do what the Vikings did when they had Tarvaris Jackson. Sign Brett Favre. And this point, anybody who has an arm could help.
32). Indianapolis Colts - The Colts are nothing without Manning. Their defensive performance was inexcu

Are the Giants the best team in the NFL?
I think so, but they looked a little shaky against the Eagles.
Source- http://www.totalprosports.com/blog/index.php/2008/12/nfl-power-rankings-week-14/
Answer: Right now I think that the Giants are clearly the best team. Loosing a game in the NFC East is not a surprise for any team. If the Titans played in the NFC East they would have 1 or 2 more losses as well.
I really like Baltimore and Pittsburgh too (because of their defenses). But for now the Giants are the team to beat. In my mind Baltimore and Pittsburgh are a close second (unless one of them wins by more than a touchdown this weekend).
