I understand the new law that will take effect on july 29th. but i do have some details and questions about it. I totally disagree with this law. United States was not made by americans, it was built by immigrants. The white race came from europe, the blacks came from africa, the orientals came from asia, the brown skins came from america also are know for being mestizos. I just dont understand why they are attacking the people from the hispanic community. This law it was made by white people who are Republicans. I have understand that republicans are racist in a lot of ways, not all but Altot of them. I am not racist at all but I do have some concerns about this law. Why only the hispanic people that looks like illegal immigrants are going to be question about their citizenship if there is a reasonable suspicion about it? In the United States they are a lot of people who looks like illegal immigrants and they are not. They are U.S. citizens! This is racial profiling. The hispanic people just want to work and have a better life. They treat the hispanics like trash. I mean come on! Why us? Why they hunting us down? Why dont you stop some one who looks middle eastern who could be a danger to the country by bombing or hijacking a plane and crash it to a building like the WTC 9/11? We mexicans we just want to do something good about our lives, including southern americans. Why us? What did we do to the U.S. government that they hate us so much that they had to put that stupid law? Just remember that hispanics are not the only immigrants in the U.S. they are also europeans, asians and africans that are in the U.S. illegally. If white people consider themselves 100% american, they should go back to history and check that they were the first immigrants to come to america. First immigrant that set foot in american land it was the white people. And they call us immigrants? Natives americans had to be relocated cause they couldnt be where the white is. Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, California all that used to be land of Mexico until the white got all that part. Go back a some decades ago. The white was first in everything. They hate everyone who wasnt white, especially the black. I mean, we have rights. Everyone should be treated equal, not based on race no matter what. Even if they are illegal. Answer: Look I'm Mexican and even though I love my people, you have to understand the situation and think for a bit, Mexico sold those states to the US, maybe it wasn't the smartest choice, and we Mexicans tend to sell everything if possible to get out of a rut, whites colonized and organized the country in a way where people could flourish, the hispanics that were already here have contributed to the flourishing of that system, and that's all wonderfull, that's why this is such a great country. However the only thing the government is trying to do is make sure that we are able to continue this great system with everyone being legal. Sorry you take it as an insult but it's true. You are here for a reason, you love this country, maybe you have always been here, that's wonderful but imagine if we were to help every single illegal that comes in, we would run out of resources and that would make this country into a mockery, you wouldn't have all the benefits you do know if we let this happen, instead of expecting the US to solve Mexico's problems, every illegal should go to the mexican capital and complaint to the government over there, and fight for rights, but I guess everyone has given up on that, and that's where the problem is, we have given up on Mexico.

Answer: I think you have a bunch of written data from various sources and really don't know what it really means. Just because something says it is Blue, doesn't mean it isn't Teal or Dark Blue. Things in intelligence are not just that simple where you can say go and kill Osama Bin La din and 8 hours later he is dead. You have to make sure when they are entering a country you are not going to cause an international incident by gunning down someone who may be granted refuge by certain factions of that Government. Is the place he is hiding, are there a lot of innocent people there? They might be heavily populated with Women and Children. The Men you are sending just got word that Osama has just bumped up his personal Guards to over 100 Men, and you are sending in only 8-10. There are so many scenarios to consider. Terrorist intelligence is very well organized, and they have many branches and affiliations to call upon for assistance, if the need would arise to protect leaders or organizers.The only people who do not care about these obstacles are the Ma sad from Israel, they are no non-sense assassins and are the best trained Soldiers for this purpose in the World.This is the kind of man power we should be using for these kind of missions, and just not using them as force multipliers as they are normally used for in regular open ground conflicts.But there again, you cannot just hear some intelligence reports and count on them not to change daily as they often do. So upon hearing this about the possibility of a Terrorist attack, what could he have done differently if he could not confirm that intelligence report? I did not care for Clinton but I think if he knew he could have just went over there to kill this guy, he would have done it. I think it would have took a lot more prodding to do so, but eventually it would have been done. The problem with Liberals though is they detest the Miltary and any use of it, and do not make good assessments of what where when and why decisions that need to be made on the fly. The best example of when a President gives a General an order and he follows through as long as the President allows him to do his job, was President George H. Bush and Gen. Schwartzkopf. Another example was Roosevelt and Gen. Eisenhower during WW ll. These were decisive men who made spot on decisions that changed lives in a moments time. So jusrt to sum up, these kind of choices can not be considered as Black & White as these decisions usually are made, they deal with many areas of grey, and a great deal of Statesmanship and World Politicing. It is easy to play Arm Chair Warrior when you do not really have to make decisions that will change and cost peoples lives FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[New York Times, 10/3/01] 1996-1999: The CIA officer in charge of operations against Al Qaeda from Washington writes, “I speak with firsthand experience (and for several score of CIA officers) when I state categorically that during this time senior White House officials repeatedly refused to act on sound intelligence that provided multiple chances to eliminate Osama bin Laden.” [Los Angeles Times, 12/5/04] 1996-2001: Federal authorities have known for years that suspected terrorists with ties to bin Laden were receiving flight training at schools in the US and abroad. One convicted terrorist confessed that his planned role in a terror attack was to crash a plane into CIA headquarters. [Time, 12/21/98] Sept 1999: A US intelligence report states bin Laden and Al-Qaeda terrorists could crash an aircraft into the Pentagon. The Bush administration claims not to have heard of this report until May 2002, though it was widely shared within the government. [CNN, 5/18/02, AP, 5/18/02, Guardian, 5/19/02] Summer 2000: A secret military operation named Able Danger identifies four future 9/11 hijackers, including lead hijacker Mohamed Atta, as a potential threat and members of Al Qaeda. Yet none of this is mentioned later in the 9/11 Commissions final report. When questioned, the 9/11 commissions chief spokesman initially says that staff members briefed about Able Danger did not remember hearing anything about Atta. Days later, however, after provided detailed information, he says the uniformed officer who briefed two staff members had indeed mentioned Atta. The White House waits eight months after 9/11 to reveal this fact. [New York Times, 5/16/02] Titled “Bin Ladin Determined To Strike in US,” the intelligence briefing specifically mentions the World Trade Center. Yet Bush later states the briefing “said nothing about an attack on America.” [Washington Post, 4/12/04, White House, 4/11/04, CNN, 4/10/04, Intelligence Briefing, 8/6/01, more] Aug 24, 2001: Frustrated with lack of response from FBI headquarters about detained suspect Moussaoui, the Minnesota FBI begins working with the CIA. The CIA sends alerts calling him a "suspect 747 airline suicide hijacker." Three days later an FBI Minnesota supervisor says he is trying to make sure that Moussaoui does not "take control of a plane and fly it into the World Trade Center." [Senate Intelligence Committee, 10/17/02] FBI headquarters chastises Minnesota FBI for notifying the CIA. [Time, 5/21/02] FBI Director Mueller will later say "there was nothing the agency could have done to anticipate and prevent the [9/11] attacks." [Senate Intelligence Committee, 9/18/02, more] Sept 10, 2001: A particularly urgent warning may have been received the night before the attacks, causing some top Pentagon brass to cancel a trip. “Why that same information was not available to the 266 people who died aboard the four hijacked commercial aircraft may become a hot topic on the Hill." [Newsweek, 9/13/01] "A group of top Pentagon officials suddenly canceled travel plans for the next morning, apparently because of security concerns." [Newsweek, 9/24/01, more] Sept 10, 2001: Former president Bush is with a brother of Osama bin Laden at a Carlyle business conference. The conference is interrupted the next day by the attacks. [Washington Post, 3/16/03] So... Utter incompetence? Or inside job?
Answer: I'm leaning toward an utter incompetence beyond anything ever before witnessed. But knowing Dick Cheney's pathology and believing him to be in charge of the daily running of the government during the Bush years, I have to say that I do sometimes wonder.
