Does anyone know the name/maker of the 3 million dollar RV (motorhome) that was displayed at the LA AUTO SHOW?
This RV was displayed at the 2010 La auto show. Im not sure what it was called or who it was made by, but it was very large and could carry two quads on the top of it with a dune buggy in the truck bed. It had a full, king sized bed and lots of storage with a jacuzzi bathtub.

Can you sit in the cars at the LA Car Auto Show?
is there a list of cars in which you can/cannot sit in?
Answer: Most of them you can. but the concepts and expensive ones you can't unless you can pass a credit check. Lambo doesn't let anyone and porsche makes you fill out paper work, They didn't let people in the 2010 mustang either, but if you go you can sign up for a road test at your local dealer and a 50 dollar gift card upon completion of road test

Why do some people who are wearing flip flops to an Auto Show take them off i?
I had previously work in the La auto show detailing the cars and one thing I notice many people who where wearing flip flops took them off and got barefooted many where pedal pumping the cars when they enter and sat down on the autos that where in exhibit especially the sport cars and expensive cars is this annoying for people to do or is it just me feeling like this.
Answer: Yes it is annoying and it is rude. I think that shows the lack of respect for other's property. It also shows how poorly they were trained in the home. If you are going to wear flip flops you should have the decency to wear them and not offend other people. I'm not against wearing flip flops, but they should know that it is rude to take your shoes off in a public place such as a car show. They aren't at home, and they shouldn't treat such a place like that. It is an environment where everyone is there. Its just like taking off your shirt in a public place such as a bank. You just don't do it. They need to show more respect.

Answer: idk, i zipped right passed nissan on friday.
and they let you sit in bentley's, aston martin's, and maseratti's, BUT only with your name, address and phone number and maybe some other info that they actually let you in through the gate's around those types of cars to sit in them.
they have one porsche cayman, and a $96,000 mercedes-benz cls, and a $105,000+ lexus ls hybrid that you can sit in without info.

Answer: Im really liking the Nissan 370z and the GTR. What a great effort by Nissan to produce both appealing daily drivers and thrilling performance autos. To be honest, the Audi R8 was MUCH smaller than I was expecting to be.

One year I got passes from a friend, so I went before it was open to the public, and it was amazing. Barely anyone was there, and there was free caviar, lobster, etc. I was 11 years old at the time. With the Geneva Motor Show in full swing I was interested to see which show is the favorite. Ive only been to one major auto show, The La auto show so I guess thats my favorite, but I was wondering what your favorite auto show is. Someday Id really like the go to the Paris, Frankfurt or Geneva Motorshow. Pick your favorite from the list and explain why you chose it.
Can you guys elaborate on your answers?
Answer: Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, Becaus you get to see vintage extremley rare old cars. From ferrari, Bugatti, Alfa Romeo. Then you get to see the just as rare but newer cars from the same companys, and then others like lamborghini, Maserati, Mclaren, Lotus e.t.c. Plus I mean its at the most prestigous golf course in the U.S if not the world. Aswell I think personaly it has the best resturants on the west coast. High class and average dining is all there...and its just excellent food, whatever you have.

Question about the LA AUTO SHOW 2008?
I want to go the the La auto show this November. This will be my first ever car show, and I was just wondering whether all auto display exhibits will be open to the public. Im not saying I want to sit in every car, or any car for that matter. But will I be able to at least go the high end manufacturers like Ferrari, Aston Martin, Porsche etc. displays and look at the cars. Or are the high end exhibits only for certain guests? If so which displays are the public able to visit. And if people are allowed to touch the cars?
Answer: You will be able to at least see all the car maker's displays.
Some regular car companies will let people touch and sit in the cars to try them out.
The high end supercar brands though will usually have a hands off approach.

Answer: hello. the BIG show will be sometime in August/September, in order to be 'first'. they started that last year. It'll be downtown at the convention center. BUT los angeles is a BIG place, accessible from a larger area, so maybe Orange county's will be first. good luck. : }
