Answer: I think it was kinda sleazy to keep a secret like that when everyone could tell that she did something out of the ordinary to lose 160 pounds. There is such a stigma to obesity. What a shame? It is a medical condition with a medical treatment. Why make a huge deal out of it? So what if she couldn't do it alone by dieting, that doesn't make her a weak or lazy person. I like people who find something that works and tells the rest of the world about it too.

Answer: Star jones lose weight the way she lost weight. Just b/c she suceeded with her weight loss doesn't mean anyone else will.

Answer: I am actually glad to see Star jones' departure from the View. Star's exit revealed her own character and its faults more than those of the other women and the show itself. Barbara may have stuttered a bit, but the woman is a dang good reporter which even Star could not say anything against. There was a bit of stabbing on both sides but I find the most fault with Star's exit since she was talking so horribly about her being fired, and her "feel sorry for me story." When you enter into a contract you need to keep your word. If you decide that you don't like your job keep it to yourself, no one wants to hire someone who complains about their job and does what they want over what they have agreed or are paid to do. I can respect that she's a minority, but she shoulda known she was easily replaceable.

Answer: abc exec didn't want to renew her contract - apparently the viewers were turned off by the way she used her celebrity when planning her wedding and not being forthcoming regarding her rapid weight loss - somehow barbara walters feels betrayed - the young one reached out to her and joy behar probably don't give a damn - i feel bad for her because i've heard her mention how much she loves the show - i think she'll be able to continue with her celebrity status without interruption.

Do U think that was wrong what happened 2 STAR JONES on the View?
Star jones announced on the View Tuesday Morning that she would not be back for the 10th season of the View... it later came out that they did not renew her contract for next year..... I feel so terrible for her because she was one of the original ladies on the show. They still have Elisabeth on & she was not even an original member. Star did go through some life changing moments in her life, a weight loss of over 100 lbs, a huge celebrity wedding. Rosie ODonell went public saying she thinks Star should tell people how she lost all of her weight, but in my opinion- Star is a grown woman, noone has the right to get angry simply because Star does not wish to reveal exactly how she lost her weight, & for Rosie to make fun of that & blast Star in the media is very tacky & unproffessional. For the View to ask her to co host is a direct hit at Star and I now understand why Star feals hurt & she feels she was fired. I will no longer watch the view at all.
Aymans Queen- if you were almost 400 lbs and lost weight and now most of your health issues are gone and you find someone and fall in love, dont you think you would probably go a bit over board. I wadmit she did go wayyyyyy out of control on this wedding, but this was a once FAT Lady & she got a second chance at a much better life. Its an adjustment. I think there are just alot of haters out there & the focus is on more negative things than being happy for her and letting her live her life as she chooses.
Answer: Since when did you have to announce your health issues on nation wide television? I think that Star's health was a private matter and she did the right thing. There are plenty of movie stars getting botox and plastic surgery and they don't go on Access Hollywood telling everybody. They don't go on Regis and Kelly, the View, etc. and announce what has happened to them medically. It was her RIGHT and she was to suppose to do it that way. As far as Rosie, she needs to remain Mr. Mom.

Answer: Well star hasn't done anything directly to nene but she doesn't like stars personality. On the show star is so manipulative and she'll take control like when hope was pm she was taking over and she took over the shoot for the trump hotel project. She's just so outspoken and will talk to you like youre 3 years old and nene has a really strong personality so she doesn't want to deal with that. I can see both of their POV's why they're mad but its just because star's personality is too strong for nene to handle. Also, star will like completely take you down to win. Like when latoya got fired she didn't even say anything to her and it's like you're not going to get any respect like that.
