How can I fix my OCD habbits????
Okay... please dont think this is gross.. i swear its not. Ever since I was a baby i have pulled my hair out. I dont mean that there are big patches of hair missing from my head. I have full (and to be honest) beautiful hair. there is alot of it! whenever i do it i pull ONE peice of hair out and twist it around my fingers and break it. Ive always done this... not often and not every day but lately i have noticed that i do it ALL THE TIME!!! its scaring me because im worried that i will eventually make myself bald. Its gotten to where i will pull a hair if it feels like its dry or damaged because i dont want it in with all the other pretty ones. Its getting to where i cant control it though. i cantch myself doing it all the time. I want to stop this silly and stupid habbit before i end up looking like a tortured barbie doll. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i could do to help stop myself?
Answer: You really need to get help. The other answerer correctly identified this as trichotillomania - which is commonly "comorbid" with OCD.
It is not gross, but you need to find some help.
Find someone who specializes in treating these types of anxiety disorders. You may need both meds and cognitive behavior therapy / exposure response prevention. Don't settle for just meds.
After you find the right help you will feel better!

Are there any movies with naked, BALD BARBIE dolls in the movie who tie up the girl who owns them?
I swear, when I was young; I was a younger girl, like 9 (four years ago) or ten the big one oh or younger than nine. Maybe I was ten, or eleven (11). I swear I saw this movie, I seen this movie; where there were these ugly bald naked dolls that tied up their master (the girl). They were...I dont know how to spell it, neither does my dad so PA-zest! Evil with demons and devils inside them to curse them so. I forgot to ask you in the question not the destruction. Is it a Chucky/Chuckie movie? And also what is the name of it? And I swear there was a boy--who owned the actionfigure that was a goodguy superhero toy and there were these bunches of other goodguy owns too and an evil side. Answer: No, wigs can be just as beautiful as any natural hair on women so there's not reason that liking them is weird. Not only that, but they can switch hair styles instantly which is like wearing different outfits in that it changes their whole look. I agree, wigs are cool :P

Fun question- What crazy things did you do to your Barbie dolls as a child?
I am trying to make a writing project out of this. I just want to hear stories of the silly/sick/sad/funny things you did with your Barbie dolls as children. Boys, girls, doesnt matter.
For example, I used to chop the hair off of mine until they were nearly bald, rip heads off for no reason and squish them down so they were "no necks". My sister and I would have Barbie doll fights, where wed hurl them back and forth at eachother across the room in anger. Wed cut up their clothes in an effort to make them more "fashionable". Sometimes Id even make them have hot, passionate Barbie sex. A friend of mine told me a story of how shed take a hammer, a nail, and pound holes into the sides of their heads so she could stick earrings in.
What did you do to your Barbie dolls?

Any tips on caring for my daughters toys hair?
My daughters are 4 and 6 and love anything girly. So they have LOADS of Barbies, My Little Pony and Disney Little Princess Collection.
The problem I am having is with the hair of these toys. I hate it when it gets that matted, tangled look, but have a very hard time getting the hair to comb our without ripping the doll half bald. It seems that the ponies and princess dolls have the same type of hair and its the worst about getting matted, while Barbies is a bit softer and doesnt get as destroyed but still has issues.
Any tips for getting the tangles out and making the hair more manageable would be greatly appreciated!
Answer: The first thing is you actually have to brush the hair on a regular basis, or it will get tangled. With Barbies, I found that keeping the hair in a braid, or a pony tail helped keep it from tangling as bad as it would if you just let it fly all over the place. The other thing that can help is washing the hair occassionally, use baby shampoo and lukewarm water (not hot) and use just a tiny amount of the shampoo, make sure you rinse it well, and then lay the toy on a towel with the hair as flat as possible to dry. Don't try to blow dry or towel dry the hair. When it's dry, use a comb or brush to brush the hair.
If you are just dealing with a tangly mess, use Johnsons No More Tangles formula, it's safe to use on toys, will help get the tangles out, it's tear free (for the kids), and after you use it, just rinse the hair slightly so it doesn't leave a film on the toys hair.

Human hair dye doesnt work, the fibers are synthetic.
Answer: The best dye for synthetic doll hair is RIT fabric dye in the bottle, but if you got black, it would probably just turn it gray :/

Well, I used to have this Britney Spears barbie doll when I was like 4. So one day, I accidentally spilled Dr. Pepper on her hair, so I cut it out of boredom. And she looked bald. About 2yrs later, I drew tattoos on her and she was the neighborhood hobo in "BarbieLand" lol.
Isnt it kinda odd that years later she shaved her head?

Just kidding, this would be witchcraft, and as Christians we are not to have anything to do with it.
What happened to you was simply a coincidence, if the doll ended up marrying a bum, exposing its nakedness publicly, put on 40-50 pounds then lost it again, and drove its doll children around with no car seats, maybe there would be something to it.
A world without Hannah Montana would be nice tho. Except we would still have to deal with that brat Mylie Cyrus. They sure look a lot alike, but someone told me they were different people (wink)

Why are women more accepting of mens flaws such as the love handles,beer gut, balding but men want the Barbie?
Most, not all, want the perfect woman physically but they dont seem to see their own shortcomings in the mirror?? Is it because its all about the visual for men?
Answer: I think women want someone they can bring home to mom...someone who will take care of them and treat them right. Guys on the other hand want someone they can point out to their friends (even if it doesn't work out) and say "I was with her..."

What crazy things did you used to do to your Barbie dolls?
I am trying to make a writing project out of this. I just want to hear stories of the silly/sick/sad/funny things you did with your Barbie dolls as children. Boys, girls, doesnt matter.
For example, I used to chop the hair off of mine until they were nearly bald, rip heads off for no reason and squish them down so they were "no necks". My sister and I would have Barbie doll fights, where wed hurl them back and forth at eachother across the room in anger. Wed cut up their clothes in an effort to make them more "fashionable". Sometimes Id even make them have hot, passionate Barbie sex. A friend of mine told me a story of how shed take a hammer, a nail, and pound holes into the sides of their heads so she could stick earrings in.
What did you do to your Barbie dolls?
