If Trinidad wins it would be a huge payday to see De La Hoya get his rematch. Would you pay to see this 2nd fight between DLH and tito?
Answer: I would definitely pay out the money to see these guys battle again. And the second coming of this rivalry will definitely attract a huge audience. But the question is if these two great pugilists still have some juice left in them. DelaHoya is decaying slowly and Trinidad is one loss away from retiring for good (some will say Roy will assist him greatly in that) But these guys both need some warm up bouts before they even think about the long awaited rematch.

Hi, Oscar de Lay Hoya is fighting Manny paqciao on Dec 6th. I know it is on HBO in the US but who is screeing it UK wise? Cheers!
Answer: I don't think we know yet as it hasn't been announced. Setanta do actually have the rights to the next Manny Pac-man fight although as he is the minority shareholder in this fight, I think it will go to whoever Golden Boy negotiate terms with so I have a feeling it may go to Sky and may even be on Sky Box Office unfortunately as it will be the biggest fight of the year. I only have Setanta so if it goes to Sky or even Sky Box Office then i'll be streaming it as this fight is definately not worth £15 to watch on TV. I'll just stream it or download it the next day.

Does anyone know of any good bars that will have the De La Hoya vs. Pacqiao fight this weekend, I will be in Vegas but Im not attending the fight but I want to go somewhere to watch it, any good suggestions?
Answer: I was in Vegas on the night of De La Hoya/Mayweather in May 2007 and Treasure Island had the fight in their "showroom" on a theater size screen for a $20 admission (which isn't bad considering it's Vegas and most in attendance had bet five times as much on the fight). I have a hunch that other casino's on the strip run the same kind of deals.

What if Oscar beat Hopkins, Trinidad, Pacquiao, Mosley, and Mayweather Jr, all in convincing fashions? What if Oscar De La Hoya defeated Sturm, Quartey, and Whitaker without controversies? How would you rank Oscar De La Hoya as an all time great? How would his career be judged by experts in your opinion? Where does he rank?
Answer: The Greatest Ever. The only true legit loss was his loss to a bigger Hopkins. Every other fight was determined by politics... and what's best for the sport of boxing. Hey... maybe even the Hopkins fight had something to do with that as well.... we all know that right after Oscar's fight with Hopkins.... Hopkins became member of the GBP mafia. Versus Trinidad.... I had him winning 9 of 12 rounds. The fact that he ran for the last 4 rounds... doesn't compare to the running that Dirrell did for 12 rounds versus Froch. Versus Pacquiao.... it was a fight that was set up to pass the torch from boxing's superstar to the next superstar. Versus Mosley... both fights were so close that even the fans are split on the decision... but the accusations of Mosley using steroids really deminishes Mosley's performances in both fights. Versus Mayweather Jr.... even though Oscar was not the same Oscar that fought Trinidad or Whitaker.... he still gave Floyd one hell of a fight and I believe had won the fight. Versus Sturm.... Oscar lost that fight. As soon as I seen his fat rolls... I knew Oscar would be in trouble. That was the first time that I had seen Oscar come in so fat and out of shape into a fight. That was his own fault and he didn't deserve that decision. Versus Quartey.... I think when he dropped Quartey in the last round, it was the winning factor in their fight. They both had knocked each other down in the 6th... but it was the 12th round that had won it for Oscar. Versus Whitaker.... I think you might be referring to Whitaker vs Chavez as being controversial. Oscar beat Whitaker.... convincingly.

My Hoya plant doesnt make babies easy like a spider plant. Ive tried cutting off a piece to grow roots in water, and Ive tried cutting a piece and planting it into rich soil with fertilizer... but it dies. Id appreciate your help because so many people like my Hoya and want a piece to plant on their own.
Answer: Yes, you can root Hoya. Use rooting hormone powder. You can use potting soil, vermiculite and perlite, or whatever medium you prefer. C ut it into segments with a couple of nodes, wound the stem between the nodes and lay on top of my medium. Cover with a little additional medium. Water with a mist, and don't let it dry out, but don't let it be water logged either.

Will an adapter convert a screwmount on a HOYA lens to a bayonet mount?

If so will there be any sacrifice to size/ quality? I have the Hoya 70-210mm f3.8 HMC zoom and macro. I dont know much about the lens buyt would like to use it on my Nikon d3000. Any information is appreciated.
Answer: There are adapters for the M42 or Pentax screwmount lens to fit a Nikon. One type is a simple adapter that will accept any M42 lens but will not allow focusing to infinity. The other more expensive type contains an optical piece that will allow focusing to infinity but will limit the lenses you can use to those that don't have protruding rear ends found in most wide angle lenses.

How good or how bad was the chemistry between De la HOYA and Roach?

How was the relationship between De la Hoya and Roach when Freddie was training De la Hoya? Did they get along well, or were there problems and disagreements between them?
Answer: Oscar has all praises for Freddie Roach before when he was still his trainer. He even said that he will not change anymore to another trainer and he is satisfied with Freddie. When Pacquiao has a scheduled fight in the Phil. against Oscar Larios, Freddie stayed with De Le Hoya in training in expense of Pacman. Another trainer trained Pacquiao whose name misses me right now. Floyd Sr also trained Oscar and for whatever reason they parted ways too. After DLH lost to Floyd Mayweather, he switches trainer to Nacho and started bad mouthing Freddie. We all knew that ODLH lost to Pacquiao in a very bad way and Manny's was trained by Freddie and Oscar by Nacho. These could be one of the reason why there are some rifts between the two. You will notice that in HBO's 24/7 before that fight they were really against its other. Freddie knew very well how to fight ODLH because he saw it when Oscar was fighting Floyd. Some more possible reasons are the fighters of GBP like JMM who was calling Manny. It is only understandable that Freddie stand by Pacquiao against anybody that is not connected to him. Trainers doesn't do the fighting in the ring. It is the fighter. If ever they lose , it is not the trainers fault unless they were not prepared the right way.
