Answer: Hey there (again) :) Well to answer your question, in the Bible, Psalms chpt. 37 vs 29 it says "The righteous ones themselves will posses the earth. And they will reside forever upon it." That ONE verse there answered TWO questions. First off Meek is a synonym for righteous. Now the question is... Who are the righteous/Meek? The answer is simple: Those who are doing the will of Jehovah God. Atheists (after what i've learned) teach that there is no Almighty being (God) and that life is based upon scientific proposals which is very incorrect. Common sense would lead you to understand that They aren't righteous/Meek because they are denying God's presence. Not so good :( And the verse also explains the whole subject on Heaven. There are several people who believe that the righteous/Meek ones are going to heaven and the unrighteous will be tormented in hell. If that's so then what will happen to the earth if every bad person goes to Hell and every good person goes to heaven? Its like saying God just made the earth to have people live on it for a while and then destroy it after putting everyone where he thinks they belong.... WRONG!!!! Hence the reason why the verse says "The righteous.... will reside FOREVER upon it". If we notice after God made Adam and Eve, no where did He say "If you do good, you will live forever in Heaven. But if you do bad, you will be tornented forever in Hell." NO!!!! He wanted them to have kids and spread the population all around the earth so that their kids could enjoy everything they were enjoying.... But they disobeyed God so looks like were out of luck! So there you have it. Hope i answered your question for you and others that might have not been answered. :)
