Where can I score some decent tickets for the NASCAR BRISTOL race?
Answer: I've been to Bristol a number of times. There is always people walking around with tickets to sell. You might have to pay more, but you can pick up tickets there. DO NOT stop at the places on the road going into the track. These are the ones that have signs out that say "Need Tickets" "Sell Tickets". If Bristol is not very far from you, you might want to chance the drive. It is by far the best place to watch a race.
Also, beware......... hotel/motel prices in Bristol triple for that week-end. Expect to pay $ 150.00 or more a night with a 3 night minimum.

NASCAR BRISTOL motor speedway parking question?
My family is going down to bristol for the race this weekend. My uncle has a municipal issued handicap sticker valid in NJ. We are trying to get a spot in the handicap area because it hurts for him to walk. Bristol motor speedways website says that it has to be state valid. is that the same thing as municipal valid?

Handicapped ID's for parking must meet the Federal Guidelines for the Americans with Disabilities Act.
I would call Bristol guest information at 423-989-6942 and ask them specifically what they mean.
A handicapped parking id given out by NJDMV should be valid in any State. I know they are valid on Federal Government sites. (My late mother was handicapped)

What is an Allison section A-F at the Bristol Nascar Race this weekend?
I bought my husband surprise tickets for the race weekens. We have never attended a race? My row is 27 that I understand from basketball & football seats but how can a section span A thru F. Even the tickets say A_F, Row 27 & our seat numbers. Trying to ake it a fun weekend without confusion & I am confused. Who do you think has the best chance of winning this weekends NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Bristol Motor Speedway on Sunday March 21st? Im hoping for Kurt Busch. What do you think?
Answer: I want Dale Earnhardt, Jr. to win, because he has won there before and he has good runs there, and he seems to be improving from last year, but I would have to say Kyle Busch. Busch came off to a bad start, but I think he can rebound at Bristol, he won there last year so I think he has a good shot in the Food City 500. Also, look for the RCR drivers to have a good run and continue to be consistent. Also, Mark Martin and Jeff Gordon have a shot at it too. I would stay away from Jimmie Johnson because he hasn't won there yet and he hasn't been very consistent at Bristol, unlike Martinsville. Kurt Busch can also be a contender for it, and I believe his win at Atlanta will give him a lot of confidence going into the race. Denny Hamlin is another contender, but he has a lot of bad luck at Bristol and other Nascar tracks, although, I think this time he can turn things around and possibly get a win.

where is the best place to sit at bristol for a nascar race?
im a seasoned fan, not just there to see the wrecks. Never been to bristol, but ive seen other short tracks. Ideally i want to see the whole track and pit lane of course, but i dont know how steep the turns are or anything, so i dont know whats gonna put me in a hole. please only answer if youre seen a nascar or busch race at bristol, thanks!!
Answer: At Bristol, pit row is on the front and back stretch. There's really not a bad seat in the house as you can see everything. One year I sat in the Junior Johnson section, on the backstretch, in row 12 and could see very well.
If I had a chance to go again, I'd probably sit up at least on the 40th row as to not get hit by tire chunks all race long.

Is this a good rate for a Bristol NASCAR room?
Im researching a room to stay at for NASCARs Bristol race March 18th-20th. I saw this B&B review that has discounts for NASCAR fans but Im wondering if this is the lowest price I can get. Any ideas?

Answer: I just looked up hotel rooms in Bristol for March 18-21 (Check in Friday Checkout Monday) and got a rate of $137 per night, but this is a 1 star rated hotel. I've never even seen a hotel rated 1 star, so if the hotel you are investigating is decent, I'm saying that at this late date, you've got a reasonable price there.

What will Juan Pablo Montoya have to offer his nascar fans at Bristol this weekend?
Juan is doing quite well this year. I am impressed.
Answer: I think he'll do well. He's doing great this year. Even though Bristol has narrowed the track coming out of turns 2 and 4, I don't think the traditional (and sorely missed, in my opinion) bump and run will be back in full force. Although, Nascar has given the boys some "racing room", and JP is an aggresive driver. He might take advantage of that and put someone in the wall for a pass. Can't wait!
