Answer: yea i can tell u wat happened bc i know who commited the crime i'm not going to report names bc my safety will then be in jeapordy! the shooter IS IN A GANG, he has 3 prior murder investigations and 2 attempted murder investigations going on as we speak not including the club incident! jeremy bumped him and rather than saying excuse me tried to be a hard ass, decided to try and fight, i was to the left dancing with this fine ass blonde at the time! they argued then a few punches were attempted to be thrown then the individual let ONE bullet ring out! as u know it peirced the neck of a 15yr. old and the head of and 18yr. old jeremy (the head victim) is reportedly expected to be fine however it is still a tradgedy for everyone! don't worry about the shooter bc as i can tell u KARMA always has a way of catching up

What style of fighting should i learn and is there a place in tulsa OK where i can be taught?
I have always wanted to learn a fighting style but im just now taking those steps into doing so, but i need a little help in choosing a style. Here are a few things about me that might help in your opinion of what style i should choose:
Im just turning 15
I workout regularly (daily)and wrestled for a year so brutal training is fine with me
I weigh 176 lbs and my height is 5 9" and i have a muscular slim sort of figure
Im a male
I am very serious about this and i will work hard
Ive a heard few things on ninjustu and Shorei Goju Ryu but if you can shed a little more light on that that would be great.
I want to learn a style that will use my full body movement and range of motion, maybe something that requires flexibility too. If you think of style for me, or you think ninjutsu or shorei goju ryu is the way to go, it would be great if you could let me know of place or instructor near Tulsa oklahoma.

Tulsa is far from the 4th best offense in the nation (15th in scoring, 6th in passing, and 53rd in rushing), and besides, this early in the season that's a misleading assumption. They look ok on paper, but BYU put up nearly 50 on them. And they've yet to play against something better than a high school defense.
I'll be rooting for Tulsa in spite of all that. Blowing out nobodies and a terrible Miami team at home, is not deserving of all the media bandwagoning. Unfortunately with Oklahoma's weak schedule, if they don't go undefeated it'll be a miracle.
Sorry Sooners fans. Just calling it how I see it. The offense is pretty darn good, but OK will not be tested until they play a mediocre Texas. And that's the only test on the schedule other than maybe A&M (and they look bad this year despite their top 25 ranking). Any other team would be berated in the media for such a pitiful schedule.

A Thursday night shooting spree in Tulsa, Oklahoma, killed a Hattiesburg native, two others, plus wounded two more in five separate shooting incidents.
About 8:30 Friday morning, Tulsa police were called to a funeral home where a man was found dead in the parking lot. According to local relatives, the victim was William Terrell Allen, 31 of Hattiesburg, who moved to Tulsa a year ago. Allen grew up on Tipton street and graduated from Hattiesburg high school. His body was the last of five to be discovered.
All five people were found shot within two miles of each other. One woman was found dead in the middle of the street. Two men were found minutes later, their injuries were not believed to be life threatening. An hour later, a fourth victim was found. Finally, police discovered Allens body.
Investigators believe the victims were randomly targeted but shot by the same person.

Do you think this pharmacist should have been convicted of 1st Degree murder for shooting a robber?
Basically, two robbers bust into this guys pharmacy with a gun. The pharmacist whips out his own gun and shoots. One robber flees, the other hits the floor. The pharmacist then gets another gun and shoots the robber who didnt run 5 more times.
Do you think he should have been convicted of 1st Degree murder? It would seem that if you get murdered in the process of trying to rob someone else at gunpoint, then the other person should be able to use a "self defense" argument successfully in court.

According to Tulsa World, two employees at Reliable Discount Pharmacy testified that Jerome Jay Ersland saved their lives and was a "hero" for shooting at the two masked robbers two years ago, killing one.
But prosecutors played the stores surveillance video to argue that he was acting in cold-blood when he shot the 16-year-old masked robber, left the store to chase the other robber, returned, grabbed another gun, and then shot the unconscious man five more times. B) Im confused at how one becomes a "victim" when the robber put himself in the position to get shot at.
C) 5 may have been overkill, but Im almost certain no one will ever rob that store again. Isnt that the point? No more robberies.

He didnt follow the guy home. It just seems if you take the risk of robbing someone at gunpoint and, for whatever reason, you DONT make it back out, then its all on you.
